Bring: A highlighter pen, your
book and a pen or pencil. We have found it is easier
to highlight materials in the text as the lectures go
along. There is room in the margins to take notes if
you feel the need.

the agenda.

It is required that course fees
be paid in full upon registration. To obtain a complete
refund, cancellation must be made 60 days prior to the
start of the course. An administrative fee of $100.00
will be retained for refunds requested less than 60 days
prior to the course. No refunds
can be issued for cancellations within 20
business days ( 4 weeks) of the course.
The best way to prepare for this course is to read the
book before the class begins.
Be sure to be familiar with the
checklists for the psychomotor skill stations.
Try to relax and get some rest the
night before.
Dress casually.
